EOS, the “Supportive Partner” of AFRiCAS conference

Dr. Eng. Khaled Soufi, Chairman of the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality, received today, Ashraf Gaber, the Editor-in-Chief of Africas magazine and CEO of the (Africa – 60 Years of Ambition) conference, which is scheduled to be organized as part of a major celebration, at Triumph Luxury Hotel in New Cairo, 21-22 October.
During the meeting, it was agreed that the EOS would participate in the conference as the “Supportive Partner”, confirming the authority’s role in enhancing the quality of Egyptian products and services, which would qualify it for more access to African and global markets.
AFRiCAS magazine and PR Africa, in cooperation with the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and a number of Egyptian, African, Gulf and European ministries and agencies, are organizing a conference focusing on promoting opportunities for African, Arab, Mediterranean cooperation, B2B meetings and a celebration that includes a fashion show, concert and many related activities and events.
It is noteworthy that the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS) is the official reference approved in Egypt. It is entrusted with carrying out all activities of issuing Egyptian standard specifications, in addition to its various activities in the field of quality assurance, conformity assessment of products, industrial tests and standards, and training. The authority was established by Presidential Decree No. 2 of 1957. For the establishment of the Egyptian General Organization for Standardization.
